CAN I DO THE RUN OVER MULTIPLE DAYS, TRACKING MY TIME?

Yep! We’ll keep posting suggested routes here and on our Facebook page.
FAIRBANKS AREA ROUTES
• 2019 HOODOO HALF ROUTE •
For those of you in Fairbanks, and would like to run last year’s route (starting at TRAX Outdoor Center and ending with a beer at HooDoo Brewing Company), here’s the route for you! This is fast route around Farmers Loop with sweeping views. Mostly asphalt. Click here for details.
• 2014 HOODOO HALF ROUTE •
Here’s another great route option if you will be in Fairbanks. A mix of dirt and pavement and little hilly. Start at the turnout next to Ann’s Greenhouse/across from Goldstream Sports, and end at HooDoo Brewing Company. Click here for details.
• Out and Back on the Skarland Trail •
If trails are what you are after, a good course for you would an out and back to mile ~6.5 along the historic Equinox Marathon trail. The Equinox trail has year-round signage and mile markers. Just mind other few road crossings and possibly slippery conditions. Start and end at the UAF Patty Center.
• Frosty Feet 13.1 Training Run •
Here is a half-marathon route that is basically Running Club North’s Two-Way Torture Test route, but starts and begins at Frosty Feet Running Company, instead of The Pump House.
Runners can choose your direction but either way, you will encounter a challenging climb up to Chena Ridge. Either choose a steep climb at the beginning of the route or reverse it and have a long flat 4 miles before you climb and a long descent on your way home.
Along the way, you will run through gorgeously scenic areas of the countryside just outside the city, as the nearby Alaska Mountain Range, the Tanana River.
