Taste: Pear, Banana, Oak

This year for our 21:49 release, we brewed a brand new Belgian Tripel, clocking in at 12.4% ABV. We tried an interesting Belgian yeast strain this time around, and we love the result! Light banana and pear esters on a rich malt base compliment a refreshing, dry finish – but with a surprisingly full, satisfying body. After fermentation we aged this delicious brew in freshly emptied, lightly toasted Chardonnay barrels for three months, which lends a wonderful oak flavor with a hint of chilled white wine.

ABV: 12.4% // IBU: 39 // OG: 24.1
