Brewed to celebrate the summer solstice in Fairbanks – a day lasting 21 hours and 49 minutes from sunrise to sunset – HooDoo Belgian Tripel is a beautiful, deep golden color with a pillowy head. Delicious Weyermann malts lend the beer a sweet and satisfying malt character, a hefty dose of Belgian Candi Sugar kicks the ABV up to 11.1%, rolled oats add a smooth, creamy dimension, and of course delicious US and German hops for a balancing bitterness. All of this tasty goodness fermented with a classic Belgian Trappist yeast – delectable!
