Taste: Bubblegum, Pine, Tropical
This hybrid beer was brewed in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society of Alaska. A grain bill of the finest malted barley, wheat, and oats from Germany and the US – paired with a heavy late-kettle hopping with a special Pink Boots Hop Blend. After fermentation by a beautiful Belgian yeast strain, the beer was dry hopped with even more of the Pink Boots Hop Blend. The resulting beer is delicious: bubblegum, piney, tropical notes from the hops mingle with phenolic, spicy, fruity esters from the Belgian yeast.
