A traditional seasonal summer style from Wallonia – the french speaking part of Belgium. The grain bill consists of three grains: barley, wheat and oats – including a pinch of acidulated malt to lend a tartness to the beer. Lightly hopped with Golding hops – this beer pairs best with sunshine and blue skies! Al’boune fosse!
