Taste: Toasty, Malty, Resinous

First brewed to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of UAF, this beer is made with malts from the Pacific Northwest, Germany, Belgium, and England. Centennial and Strata hops provide dank, citrus notes and balance the beer with a distinct lingering bitterness. The classic English ESB yeast strain used to ferment the wort leaves the brew clean and refreshing. Cheers!
