Taste: Toasty, Malty, Resinous

First brewed to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of UAF, this beer is made with malts from the Pacific Northwest, Germany, Belgium, and England. A complex hop bill includes Oregon grown Horizon, Strata, and Centennials used in the boil, then a hefty dry-hop after fermentation of Cryo Cascade and Strata hops from Washington. The classic English ESB yeast strain used to ferment the wort leaves this brew clean, refreshing, and beautifully crystal clear. Cheers!
