Taste: Full-Bodied, Complex, Spiced
“Pumpkin pie in a glass” HooDoo Pumpkin Ale is made with one hundred pounds of locally grown pumpkins and subtly spiced during the boil with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and cloves. Upon first sip, an up-front spice is immediately supported by a creamy, complex, sweetness. The spices give way to rich maltiness before the beer finishes clean, but full-bodied.
