Taste: Dry, Tropical, Effervescent

This Brut IPA began with two simple ingredients in the mash tun: The finest, lightest pilsner malt sourced from the heart of Germany, along with light and delicate jasmine rice. By mashing with the help of a naturally derived enzyme, we are able to convert all of the starch into fermentable sugar, which a blend of Norwegian Kviek ale yeast strains happily gobbled up, leading to an extremely dry beer. The Pink Boots hop blend was utilized heavily in the kettle, followed by a hefty dry hop after fermentation leading to a heady citrus, herbal aroma and flavor.

ABV: 7.2% // IBU: 32 // OG: 13.1
